Boat diving is a relaxing water activity where you travel by boat to offshore sites and enter the water directly from the sea. This experience is suitable for beginners with no prior experience and offers both snorkeling and freediving options.

Activity Guidelines & Important Notice
— Our company provides Water Activity Insurance only. If you require other types of insurance coverage, please arrange them on your own.
— The exact meeting time and location will be announced one day before the activity.
— In case of typhoons or unfavorable sea conditions, we will inform you one day before the activity whether the tour will proceed.
— The fee includes a non-prescription mask and snorkel. Guests with myopia are advised to wear disposable contact lenses (prescription masks are available for rent).
— During the activity, instructors will assist with casual photo and video recording (not professional photography). There is no guaranteed number of photos. If you have specific poses or shots in mind, please inform us in advance. (All photos and videos will be delivered via a cloud download link within three days after the activity.)
— All activity photos and videos may be used for our marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please notify us before the activity. Failure to do so will be considered as consent.
— If you have any questions or concerns during the activity, please report them to our staff on the spot. We do not accept any disputes or refund requests after the activity.
— The tour requires a minimum of 6 participants to proceed (excluding the baby package). Group confirmation will be announced three days before the activity. If the minimum is not met, we will assist in rescheduling or combining with another group.
— The island land tour includes self-guided scooter touring and the South Sea island puzzle game only. No guided tour or photography service is provided. If a guided tour is required, please inform us in advance.
— Except for private charters, we reserve the right to assign and arrange instructors.
— Drinking water is provided on board. Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages and snacks.
— For safety and weather reasons, we reserve the right to adjust part of the itinerary. The alternative activity sequence is as follows: North Sea Dive &Fish Experience→ Just Dive the South Sea (Ultimate Triple Dive) → Half-Day Lavender Forest → Half-Day Magong Secret Spots → Magong Main Island Snorkeling / Freediving Experience
— As the restroom on board is limited in space, guests are advised to change into swimwear in advance and bring a towel. Please also use reef-safe sunscreen only.
— Please take good care of all equipment. Do not exchange or take others’ equipment without permission. Any damage or loss caused by improper use must be compensated at full value.
— Please keep your personal belongings safely. The company is not responsible for personal property loss or damage.
— Please check in 10 minutes early and bring a valid ID or passport for identity verification.
— The activity starts on time. To protect the rights of other guests, late arrivals will not be allowed to join and no refunds will be issued.

Baby Package (Children Under 6 Years Old – Free of Charge)
— Applicable to children born in or after 2020.
— Free participants are not counted toward the minimum group size.
— The baby package includes boat seating only. It does not include: lunch, land tour equipment (island scooters & puzzle game), water activity insurance, water gear, instructor ratio, or GoPro photo/video services.
— At least one adult guardian must accompany the child on board at all times. Instructors and the captain are not professional babysitters and will not be responsible for childcare.
— As water activity insurance is not provided, any water entry is at the participant’s own risk. Lunch and scooter rental may be purchased locally.
— To enjoy full services, the child must purchase the regular activity package at full price.

—In case of typhoons, strong winds, or unfavorable sea conditions, we will determine whether the tour will proceed one day before the activity.
—If you are prone to seasickness, it is recommended to take motion sickness medication 30–60 minutes in advance.
—No refunds will be issued for participants who fail to check in due to personal reasons.
—Please avoid staying up late or consuming alcohol the night before the activity. If you feel unwell during the trip, inform the captain or accompanying instructor immediately.
—To help protect the marine ecosystem, please use reef-safe sunscreen or bring physical sun protection such as hats, rash guards, or jellyfish suits.
—All activity photos and videos will undergo post-production. Please allow time for processing — they will be delivered within three days after the activity.
