The PADI Freediver course is an entry-level freediving program. No prior swimming ability is required to become a freediver.
Over the course of three days, students will learn essential freediving skills, including Frenzel equalization, breath-hold improvement, proper duck dive and finning techniques, the physiology and psychology of freediving, open-water safety knowledge, and the buddy system.
Upon successful completion of the assessments, participants will receive the PADI Freediver certification.

2026 Latest Notice
★ The course does not need to be completed over three consecutive days. Training sessions may be split into separate days. Please inform us of your preferred schedule in advance and coordinate a mutually convenient time with the instructor.
★ Unlimited free retakes are available. For retakes, students must bring their own equipment (or rent equipment from us). Retake sessions must be scheduled with the instructor in advance.

Course Notes
— We provide water recreation insurance only. Participants who require additional insurance coverage should arrange their own insurance.
— The exact meeting time and location will be confirmed one day before the course.
— In the event of unfavorable weather conditions (such as typhoons), a decision on whether the course will proceed as scheduled will be announced one day before the course.
— If classes cannot be conducted due to local weather conditions in Penghu or official announcements by the Penghu County Government, alternative course dates will be arranged.
— If a participant is unable to attend due to medical reasons, the course date may be rescheduled upon submission of supporting documentation.
— Photos and videos taken during the course may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us before the course. Failure to do so will be considered as consent.
— If you have any questions or concerns during the course, please raise them with the instructor immediately. No disputes or refund requests will be accepted after the course has ended.
— For safety reasons, we reserve the right to adjust the course sequence as necessary.
— For in-water sessions, please prepare swimwear and a towel. Do not apply sunscreen, including reef-safe sunscreen, to help protect the marine environment.
— Please take good care of all equipment provided. Any damage or loss caused by improper use will be charged at replacement cost.
— Personal belongings should be kept securely at all times. We are not responsible for the safekeeping of personal items.
★ Participants with the Following Conditions Should Carefully Assess Their Own Risk
Participation is at the individual’s own responsibility:
Individuals with heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, pneumothorax, a history of decompression sickness, or other serious medical conditions.
Participants under 18 years old or over 65 years old.
Pregnant individuals are advised not to participate.

In case of weather conditions such as typhoons or rough seas, a decision on whether the course will proceed or if any sessions need to be adjusted will be made one day before the course.
If you are prone to seasickness, it is recommended to take motion sickness medication 30–60 minutes in advance.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or cancellations due to personal reasons.
Please avoid staying up late or consuming alcohol the day before the course. If you feel unwell, inform the accompanying instructor immediately.
To help protect the marine environment, please use reef-safe sunscreen or bring physical sun protection such as hats or rash guards.
