Activity Guidelines & Important Notice

Our company provides Water Recreation Insurance only. Participants who require additional insurance coverage should arrange it independently.

The exact meeting time and location will be confirmed one day before the activity.

In case of typhoons or unfavorable weather conditions, we will notify you one day before the activity whether it will proceed as scheduled.

Participants with nearsightedness are advised to wear disposable contact lenses to ensure safety when entering and exiting the water.

During the activity, instructors will assist with casual photo and video recording. They are not professional photographers, and there is no guaranteed number of photos. If you have specific poses or scenes you would like captured, please inform us in advance. Edited photos will be provided via a cloud download link within three (3) days after the activity.

Photos and videos taken during the activity may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in such materials, please inform us before the activity. Failure to do so will be considered as consent given.

If you have any questions or concerns during the activity, please report them to our staff immediately. We do not accept disputes or refund requests after the activity has ended.

The company reserves the right to assign and arrange instructors.

Participants are required to bring their own drinking water.

For safety and weather-related reasons, the company reserves the right to adjust or change parts of the activity itinerary. Adjustment priority order is as follows: Northern Sea Fishing Experience → Southern Sea Diving Experience → Half-Day Lavender Island → Half-Day Magong Secret Spot → Magong Main Island Snorkeling / Freediving Experience

Please change into swimwear before arrival and bring a towel. Do not apply sunscreen unless it is reef-safe / ocean-friendly.

Please use all equipment with care. Do not exchange or take other participants’ equipment without permission. Any damage or loss caused by improper use must be compensated at full value.

Personal belongings should be kept safe at all times. The company is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal items.

Please check in 10 minutes early and bring a valid ID or passport for identity verification.

The activity starts on time. To avoid affecting other participants, late arrivals will not be allowed to join and no refunds will be issued.

Health & Safety Notice

Participants with the following conditions should carefully assess their own risk. Participation is at your own responsibility:

Pregnancy; heart disease; high blood pressure; asthma; diabetes; epilepsy; pneumothorax; cold or flu symptoms; consumption of any alcoholic beverages within the past 12 hours; current medication use; history of decompression sickness; major illnesses or medical conditions.

Children under 6 years old and adults aged 65 and above.

Important Notes

To ensure proper arrangement of the activity, please contact our official LINE customer service after completing your booking and provide your order details (date / activity / number of participants).

In case of typhoons, strong winds, or rough sea conditions, the decision on whether the activity will proceed will be made one day before the scheduled date.

If you are prone to seasickness, it is recommended to take motion sickness medication 30–60 minutes in advance.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows or failure to check in due to personal reasons.

Please avoid staying up late or consuming alcohol the day before the activity. If you feel unwell during the activity, inform the accompanying instructor immediately.

To help protect the marine environment, please use reef-safe sunscreen or opt for physical sun protection such as hats or rash guards.

Activity photos will be professionally edited and provided within three days after the activity. Please be patient while we process them.
